WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

  • Fashionable nightclub attire required. Nice pants or jeans are recommended for men.

  • Dress shoes recommended. Heels are not required for women.

The following articles are prohibited:

  • NO shorts, flip flops, house slippers, or mens sandals

  • No athletic wear (e.g. jerseys, work out cloths, leggings, biker shorts, basketball shorts, sports bras, dry fit jackets, and hoodies).

  • No gang affiliated clothing (e.g. bandanas, offensive prints on clothing)

  • No face or neck tattoos

  • No steel toe shoes or work boots (e.g. Lugz, Timberlands).

    Management and security team reserve all rights of entry based on dress code etiquette.

LOST ITEMS?

All lost items will be held in lost and found. You may retrieve your items Thursday - Saturday on site between the hours of 9PM - 2AM.

AM I ALLOWED TO BRING IN A BAG?

  • Any oversized bags, backpacks, purses, or parcels are not allowed.

  • Small purses are allowed (maximum of 12” x 12” x 6”).

  • All items are subject to search.

WHAT IS AN ACCEPTABLE FORM OF IDENTIFICATION?

A current, non-expired, valid photo ID is required of every patron visiting our Nightclub. The following forms of ID are acceptable:

ACCEPTED

  • United States, Canada, Mexico, England, Ireland, European Issued Driver’s License or DMV Identification Cards

    1. Passports

    2. Military ID Cards

    3. Mexico Voter ID


    PROHIBITED

  • Mexico Matricula Consular ID (current or old)

    1. Any Issued ID stamped “Not for Identification”

    2. Student ID Cards

    3. Age Cards

    4. International Drivers Documents/License unless listed as “Accepted” above

    5. Passports that are missing pages, handwritten, expired, or issued under the age of 18

DO YOU OFFER VALET SERVICE?

Yes. We offer valet parking for $10 on the rear side of the building nearest our main entrance.

WHAT ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED INTO THE NIGHTCLUB?

  • Food, liquids, over-the-counter medications, Illegal drugs, personal computers, weapons (includes firearms, pepper spray, pocket knives), and all sharp objects are prohibited.

  • This is not an exhaustive list. Management reserves all rights to refuse entry.

AM I ALLOWED TO SMOKE IN THE VENUE?

  • Smoking is permitted outside on the patio only.

WHAT IS YOUR COMPANY'S POLICY REGARDING ILLEGAL NARCOTICS?

  • Our venue is ZERO TOLERANCE.

  • If any employee is made aware of, or witness to an event where a guest appears to inquire about, possess, or use illegal narcotics; Security will be notified immediately. The guest will at a minimum be removed or denied entry from our venue, potentially have to speak to local law enforcement, and possibly receive a permanent trespass.

WHAT TYPE OF MUSIC WILL BE PLAYED?

We will offer a variety of musical genres from San Antonio’s most influential DJs. Please check the Events Calendar for upcoming events.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Cash, Visa, Discover, MasterCard, American Express (ID must match name on credit card), and ApplePay.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF A VIP TABLE?

  • VIP tables are a bundled package with VIP entry, seating, a model cocktail server, and bottle service with complimentary mixers such as sodas and juices.

  • Your party will receive a designated VIP section with seating. This is the only way to obtain seating in the nightclub. All other ticket options are standing room only.

  • We can accommodate multiple price points depending on table location and party size.

WHAT IS THE COST OF VIP TABLE SERVICE OR BOTTLE SERVICE?

  • Pricing will depend on the bottles you select for your reservation. A full list of bottle prices can be found on our bottle menu by clicking HERE.

  • Prices are before sales tax and 20% gratuity.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF ‘CHECKING IN’ AT THE NIGHTCLUB FOR MY TABLE RESERVATION?

  • Please proceed to the designated VIP Entrance area in the main hallway.

  • Early arrival is suggested; please arrive no later than 11:30pm, as reservations are not guaranteed until you arrive.
